Hendra  is also known as Chef Hugo. He finished his study in Continental Food Management in NHI and started his culinary journey at the 5 stars hotel, The Ritz Carlton Singapore and The Ritz Carlton Bali (Ayana Resort) until become an Executive Chef at Dive Indonesia Resort in his 21st age.

As an entrepreneur and celebrity chef, he have written and published several culinary books with Gramedia and also 10 Cooking & Baking DVDs. He is now known as “the Singing Chef” by the national media and televisions. His food  creations can be seen at   www.dapurumami.com. Some also calls him “the Chef of Sultans” because of his dedication in exploring and promoting the Indonesian King’s Royal culinary through the series Dapur Raja.
