Duties of Quality Assurance:
- Developing and establishing an Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) that controls the quality of the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education.
- Carry out internal audits and coordinate the implementation of external audits
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys, both internally and externally
- Monitor and coordinate follow-up on audit results, customer complaints, & customer satisfaction survey results
- Provide suggestions and recommendations for continuous improvement to the Rector on the monitoring of IQAS implementation
