Duties of Quality Assurance:

  • Developing and establishing an Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) that controls the quality of the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education.
  • Carry out internal audits and coordinate the implementation of external audits
  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys, both internally and externally
  • Monitor and coordinate follow-up on audit results, customer complaints, & customer satisfaction survey results
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations for continuous improvement to the Rector on the monitoring of IQAS implementation
