Informatics
Alur studi Information & Multimedia Technology (Informatika) Universitas Ciputra memiliki visi menjadikan program studi S1 Informatika dengan keunggulan kemampuan Entrepreneurship berkelas dunia. Profil lulusan alur studi Teknik Informatika adalah sarjana komputer yang mampu memaksimalkan kemampuan tekniknya untuk berinovasi dan mengembangkan bisnis dalam bidang industri kreatif terutama teknologi informasi.
Real Word Project:
In some subjects, the learning method used is Project Based Learning where students are guided to solve problems coming from everyday environments by using the latest technology in accordance with industry standards such as Oracle Database, Unity, Adobe, Cisco Network, Microtic, and others.
Advanced Curriculum:
Students will get a curriculum with 3 choices of comncentrated disciplines: Game Development, Artificial Intelligent, or Internet of Things (IoT).
Research Lab:
Students can explore their interests using the latest technology in the Research Lab accompanied by lecturers who are competent in their respective fields.
Mentoring:
Mentoring and coaching programs by academic supervisors and senior students are aimed at guiding students to be able to maximize their own potential to attain maximum achievement.
Entrepreneurship Learning:
In addition to solid technical skills, students of the Informatics study programs are also equipped with the Entrepreneurial mindset to be able to run a startup in the field of Informatics (Technopreneurship), which is the uniqueness of Universitas Ciputra.
Students of the Informatics study program must complete at least 144 SKS to obtain a Sarjana of Computer (S.Kom) degree. The group of courses in the Informatics study program can be divided into: Programming, Database, Multimedia, Computer Networks, Web Development, and Mobile Development. In the 4th semester, students can choose one of 3 specializations, namely: Game Development, Internet of Things (IoT), or Artificial Intelligence (AI). To develop interdisciplinary insights, students can choose one of 6 clusters, namely: (1) Entrepreneurship, (2) Corporate Entrepreneurship, (3) Creative Event Management, (4) Digital Marketing, (5) Innovative Multimedia, or (6) Lifestyle, Wellness, and Leisure.

Cooperation for the Informatics study program consists of the Summer School and Semester Abroad. Summer School is offered with the aim of providing international experience to Informatics students in order to have insight and a global network that is highly needed in the Industrial 4.0 era. The universities that collaborate for this summer school include Coventry University (UK), Swinburne University (Australia), INHA University (South Korea), Dongseo University (South Korea), Chaoyang University of Technology (Taiwan), and more that will soon collaborate with UC.
Excursion Study (Industry Visit) is a visit to the Informatics industry which is held once a year with the aim of providing insight into the needs of the informatics industry to students. Industries that have collaborated with Universitas Ciputra for this excursion study include Google Singapore, Agate Game Studio, Microsoft, Oracle, Tokopedia, Tiket.com, and many others.
The Internship is a student activity in the 7th semester specifically designed so that Informatics students may gain valuable experience in the industrial world for a minimum of 6 months. Through the 6-month Internship, students may gain enough work experience by the time they graduate to be used in their work in industry. In addition, the Informatics study program is working with Apple Inc. to establish the Apple Developer Academy which can function as an internship outlet for informatics students who want to become a world-class developers using iOS technology from Apple.
