Strata 1 – Culinary Business ~ (Bachelor – Culinary Business (CBZ)) This study program focuses on creating business opportunities, innovation, and creativity as well as the entrepreneurial skills to become a Culinary Entrepreneur. Graduates are expected to become a Venture Creator (start a new business) and a Value Creator (add value and utilise their entrepreneurial abilities in the industry).

Culinary Business
This program focuses on creating business opportunities, innovation, creativity, and Entrepreneurial skills in order to create Culinary Entrepreneurs. UC Culinary Business graduates are expected to become Venture Creators (starting new businesses) or Value Creators (using their entrepreneurial skills in industry).
Experiential Learning
Not simply a cooking school, but this study program teaches the implementation of concept, creativity, and business in the culinary field
