Prasetyon Sepsi Winarno, known as Chef Sepsi, is the Lecturer in Culinary Business Department focused mainly in Pastry & Bakery. He joined the Ciputra University since 2006. Now, he is responsible as a Coordinator of Social Responsibility at Culinary Business Department.

He has completed the bachelor degree from the Kartini University(Surabaya, Indonesia) major in Law. Prior to joining Ciputra University, Sepsi’s professional background included Pastry Chef at Shangri-la Hotel Surabaya. He has completed his Master degree in Strategic Management on 2013.
