Prasetyon Sepsi Winarno, known as Chef Sepsi, is the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business focused mainly in Pastry & Bakery. He joined the Ciputra University since 2006. Now, he is responsible as a Coordinator of Social Responsibility at Tourism-Culinary Business.

He has completed the bachelor degree from the Kartini University(Surabaya, Indonesia) major in Law. Prior to joining Ciputra University, Sepsi’s professional background included Pastry Chef at Shangri-la Hotel Surabaya. He has completed his Master degree in Strategic Management on 2013.
