Moses Soediro is one of the Lecturer in Culinary Business Department focused mainly in Food & Beverage Service, Beverage Knowledge and also Restaurant Operation Management. He joined the Ciputra University since 2009. Now he is a Vice Chair of Tourism-Culinary Business.
He has a bachelor’s degree from the Petra Christian University, Surabaya major in Hotel Management. He has completed also his double degree in Business Administration from Christelijke Hoogeschool Netherland (Leeuwarden, Netherland). He got his master degree in Supply Chain Management from Petra Christian University.
