Hari Minantyo is the Lecturer in Culinary Business Department focused mainly in Culinary Knowledge, specialized in Local Cuisine. He joined the Ciputra University since 2006. Now, he is responsible as a Coordinator of Research at Culinary Business Department.

He has completed the bachelor degree from the IKIP Surabaya (Surabaya, Indonesia) major in Food Production Knowledge. He has completed his Master degree in Strategic Management from the Widya Mandala University Surabaya.
