He is continuing his Master degree in Tourism from the Monash University, Sydney Australia. He has completed the doctoral degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah.

Moses Soediro is one of the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ) focused mainly in Food ServiceBeverage Art and also Restaurant Operation Management. He joined the Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since 2009. Now he is a Vice Head of Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).

He has a bachelor’s degree from the Petra Christian University, Surabaya major in Hotel Management. He has completed also his double degree in Business Administration from Christelijke Hoogeschool Netherland (Leeuwarden, Netherland). He got his master degree in Supply Chain Management from Petra Christian University. He is continuing his Doctoral Degree in Management at Satya Wacana Christian University.

Hari Minantyo is the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ)  focused mainly in Food Product, specialized in Local Cuisine. He joined the Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since 2006. Now, he is responsible as a Research Coordinator at Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).

He has completed the bachelor degree from the IKIP Surabaya (Surabaya, Indonesia) major in Food Production Knowledge. He has completed his Master degree in Strategic Management from the Widya Mandala University Surabaya.

Ivana Grasielda, known as Nana, is one of the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ), She focuses mainly on  Service Management and Leisure Business. She receives her bachelor degree in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ) from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. She has completed her master degree at STP Trisakti Jakarta for Master of Tourism.

Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra, Nana’s professional background included the lecturer assistance for several subjects at Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).

Now, she is responsible as a Teaching & Learning Coordinator in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).

Juliuska Sahertian is one of the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ) focused mainly in Tourism SubjectsEnglish and other management aspects. She joined the Universitas Ciputra  Surabaya since 2006.

Juliuska Sahertian previously studied English Literature at Petra Christian University, Surabaya, Indonesia as well as Tourism & Hospitality Management Education at Bournemouth University, UK. She worked as the Head of Department for the Hotel Management Department at Petra Christian University since 1997 until 2002 and also as the Head of Department for the Tourism and Hotel Management Department at Universitas Ciputra, since 2006 until 2011.

Michael Ricky Sondak, usually called Michael. He joined the university since its conception in June 2006 at Tourism & Hotel Management Department. Now, he is joining at Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ) focuses mainly on Food Service. Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Michael was joined as an adjunct lecturer at private university in Surabaya.

Michael got his bachelor’s degree in Management (major in Hotel Management) from Petra Christian University, Indonesia and a master degree in Strategic Management from Widya Mandala University Surabaya, Indonesia.

Now, he is responsible as a Student & Alumni Coordinator and also as a Final Project Coordinator in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).

Prasetyon Sepsi Winarno, known as Chef Sepsi, is the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ) focused mainly in Pastry & Bakery. He joined the Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since 2006. Now, he is responsible as a Community Service Coordinator at Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).

He has completed the bachelor degree from the Kartini University (Surabaya, Indonesia) major in Law. Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Sepsi’s professional background included Pastry Chef at Shangri-la Hotel Surabaya. He has completed his Master degree in Strategic Management on 2013.

He receives his bachelor degree in TourimCulinary Business (CBZ) from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Now, he is continuing his Master of Tourism at STP Trisakti Jakarta. He also receive his diploma degree on Commercial Cookery at Academia International Melbourne from 2013 until 2015.

Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Victor’s professional background is become a chef and Kitchen Supervisor since 2016 at Melbourne Australia, He was also as the Head Chef at some Burger Steak at Surabaya from January-September 2018. Victor also involved as the lecturer assistance for several subjects at Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).

Now, he is responsible as an Internship Coordinator in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).
