Moses Soediro is one of the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ). He joined the Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since 2009.
He has a bachelor’s degree from the Petra Christian University, Surabaya major in Hotel Management. He has completed also his double degree in Business Administration from Christelijke Hoogeschool Netherland (Leeuwarden, Netherland). He got his master degree in Supply Chain Management from Petra Christian University. He is continuing his Doctoral Degree in Management at Satya Wacana Christian University.

Fabiola Leoparjo is the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ)  joining at 2022. She has completed the bachelor degree from the Universitas Ciputra Surabaya  major in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ). She has completed the Master degree in Management from the Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Fabiola is an adjunct lecturer for several subjects such as research, developing new ventures, and restaurant operational management. Fabiola also involved as the lecturer assistance for several subjects at Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ). She is now holding a certification of “Tenaga Pemasar Operasional Area Kerja Layanan” since 2021.

Michael Ricky Sondak, usually called Michael. He joined the university since its conception in June 2006 at Tourism & Hotel Management Department. Now, he is joining at Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ) as a full-time lecturer. Michael got his bachelor’s degree in Management (major in Hotel Management) from Universitas Kristen Petra, Surabaya, and a master degree in Strategic Management from Widya Mandala University Surabaya.
Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Michael actively contributed as an adjunct lecturers for several subjects such as Food & Beverage Service and restaurant Operational Management. Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Michael was joined as an adjunct lecturer at private university in Surabaya.

Otje Herman Wibowo, known as Chef Otje, is the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ) focused mainly in Pastry & Bakery. He joined the Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since 2024.  He has completed the diploma degree of Ahli madya Pariwisata  from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung. He has completed his bachelor degree from the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mahardika Surabaya major in Economics.
Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Otje’s professional background included Pastry Commis at several hotel in Surabaya. He has also lecturing at some Akademi Pariwisata. He has completed his Master degree in Tourism from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti Jakarta. He is alsos a production consultant in a bakery factory and as a Professional Competency Assessor under the auspices of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).

Victor Kurniawan Yuwono, usually called Victor, is one of the Lecturer in Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ). He receives his bachelor degree in Tourim-Culinary Business (CBZ) from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. He is continuing his Master of Tourism at STP Trisakti Jakarta. He also receive his diploma degree on Commercial Cookery at Academia International Melbourne from 2013 until 2015.
Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Victor’s professional background is become a chef and Kitchen Supervisor since 2016 at Melbourne Australia, He was also as the Head Chef at some Burger Steak at Surabaya from January-September 2018. Victor also involved as the lecturer assistance for several subjects at Tourism-Culinary Business (CBZ).
