Alexander Hariohoedojo is one of the Adjunct Lecturer in Culinary Business Program focused mainly in Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Management, Accounting and other management aspects.

He has an Associate Diploma in Hotel Management from the Domino Carlton Tivoli International Hotel and Management Institute (Luzern, Switzerland). He has completed the bachelor degree from the Johnson & Wales University (Providence Rhode Island, USA) major in Hotel-Restaurant Institutional Management. He has completed his Master degree in International Business from the same university.
