Head of Human Capital Management’s main task is managing human resource development activities in a professional manner to support the achievement of the Vision and Mission of the University by planning, controlling departmental strategies and creating and implementing HR policies to support the operational smoothness of all departments and study programs.

Menyelenggarakan serta bertanggung jawab terhadap proses kompensasi dan pemberian benefit kepada karyawan berdasarkan hak dan kewajiban masing-masing yang telah diatur dalam peraturan perusahaan dan perundang-undangan.

Memiliki tugas utama mengelola administrasi proses perhitungan pajak dan kompensasi karyawan dengan kategori tertentu, serta pemberian benefit dan pengelolaan fasilitas karyawan berdasarkan hak dan kewajiban masing-masing yang telah diatur dalam peraturan perusahaan dan perundang-undangan. Bertanggungjawab pada penyelenggaraan event kegiatan kebersamaan level universitas.

Bertanggung jawab terhadap semua pelaksanaan operasional kepersonaliaan di semua bagian Universitas Ciputra dan sebagai operasional dasar sistem sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi sehingga proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku dan selaras dengan peraturan Grup Ciputra.

Bertanggung jawab dalam menyediakan alternatif kandidat sesuai dengan minimum kualifikasi, serta melakukan proses dan administratif rekrutmen. Bertanggungjawab pula dalam teknis pelaksanaan training, mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Melaksanakan pengolahan employee survey dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan administrasi training & development area. Bertanggung jawab dalam proses administrasi kehadiran dan penetapan karyawan, dengan memastikan proses telah berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku.

Also responsible for the technical implementation of the training, starting from the preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. Bertanggungjawab dalam mengawasi proses pengurusan karir dosen mengikuti standar LLDIKTI Kopertis VII dan RISTEKDIKTI. Memastikan program percepatan karir dosen terlaksana sesuai dengan perencanaan yang dilakukan.

Bertanggungjawab dalam pengurusan NIDN, NIDK, NUP tenaga pendidik serta pengurusan pendaftaran hingga pencairan sertifikasi dosen (SERDOS). Bertanggungjawab pula dalam pengelolaan identitas tenaga pendidik di database RISTEKDIKTI.atan akademik dosen. Bertanggungjawab dalam penyelenggaraan event formal level universitas.

Has responsibility in the management of NIDN, NIDK, NUP of teaching staff and management of registration up to the disbursement of lecturer certification (SERDOS). Also responsible for managing the identity of educators in the academic RISTEKDIKTI.atan lecturer database. Responsible for organizing university formal events.

Aurelia Vania Diastari, S.Psi.

Lecturer Career Development Officer

Bertanggungjawab atas pengelolaan administrasi dokumen tenaga pendidik dalam proses pengajuan jabatan akademik. Melaksanakan program percepatan jabatan akademik dengan mengadakan forum terkait Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi tenaga pendidik. Bertanggung jawab atas alat tulis kantor di dalam departemen Human Capital Management.
